We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for a night before an early morning international flight, and it was a great choice. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and check-in was quick and easy. The apartment itself was comfortable, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and a nice lounge area to relax in. The main bedroom and twin room were satisfactory, though the overall decor felt a little dated. The kitchen, while functional, was quite dark due to its location near a beautifully tree-covered path. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but manageable for a short stay. Overall, a solid four-star experience—convenient, comfortable, and well-suited for travelers needing easy airport access.

We stopped over quickly in between flights. Beautiful, clean rooms and amazing stocked fridges in each room (perfect for a late night snack while watching the tennis!). But hands down the highlight was the transfer to the airport - the driver was an absolute delight and we really appreciated her amazing hospitality!

It was a comfortable enough stay, however there were some very creaky floorboards which made it difficult to get around quietly. Also the shuttle to the airport doesn't start until 6.30am which is too late for some of those early morning flights. Also the twin room in our apartment didn't have its own air con and it was warm!!

Rooms were spotless and very spacious, bathroom was very clean. Pool was small and nothing to special. No where to fill up water so get ready to pay for bottled water there. the free shuttle unfortunately arrived very late nearly making us late for our flight even when it was supposed to come at 8 but came at 8:30. Though overall very nice and helpful staff

We stayed here for the second time early Feb but unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. The desk staff on arrival were unfriendly and disinterested and the shower recess was absolutely filthy. I took a photo of the shower recess and left a message for the staff in the early checkout box but sadly they didn’t even have the decency to contact us about it. Will find other accommodation for next trip.

Arrived at hotel around 8:00 after a long flight with family and two small children. Although close to the airport it was a terrible spot to get into off a busy road. Received keys and went to park. Very small spaces, hard to get into. Outdated key system with very heavy door. On first glance quite clean especially the kitchen which was nice. The room was double level and the stairs were horrific. My small child fell down them as they are floating stairs went straight down and only had a handrail half way. Not advised if you have small children or have mobility issues. We had 7 people staying they knew that and only supplied us for four. Couldn’t even give us free bottled water, it came with the mini bar and it was very expensive. We requested a cot for my 8 week old baby it was not in the room. Called front desk and told to come and get it ourselves. On inspection it was filled with white mould and mildew and the stench was unbearable. Safe to say I didn’t use it. Beds were not too bad and clean as were the bathrooms. The fold out couch that I had to sleep on however was filthy and the mattress was uncomfortable. We were not supplied and linen for it so had to use the extra blankets provided. Put the blankets on the bed only to spend 30 minutes in them as they were full of dust and bed bugs! I had bites all over me as did my daughter. Many other not so bad things like the toilet seat was smaller than the bowl, the sinks pop up plug was broken, the aircon’s smelt a bit musty and the noise from other people staying and the road was noisy. All in all paid a lot of money for a very uncomfortable stay. Many great reviews on this hotel do not make sense unless each room is wildly different. Avoid if you can.

Clean and convenient airport hotel. Had a decent restaurant and a laundry. Shuttle to airport was easy to book and the drive there was less than ten minutes. Top marks.

Close to Brisbane Airport so perfectly located for an overnight stay before our flight.|Room was spacious and clean.|The bed was very comfortable. We slept well. No traffic noise - no noise at all. |Dinner in the restaurant was good. Generous serves and a good variety to choose from. |There was a mild, unpleasant odour in the bathroom (sewer smell). Shower tiles show signs of mould stains, but was clean.|Shampoo, conditioner and soap wash provided. |A convenient stop over. Popular with travellers - fully booked.|
