Such a wonderful spot for a family holiday! The resort is perfectly located, the kids love the rhythm of beach, pool, river (and repeat). The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and there’s even a cafe underneath for the morning coffee, and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the evening. Just perfect.

This is a regular experience for us and we love it. Kathy and Malcolm are terrific and always make sure everything is lovely. We don't stay there because it's Noosa. We stay at the Colonial Resort because it's easy, relaxing, and so convenient. We love the pool, can look after ourselves if we want to, or we can head out for a walk and coffee. It's a positive place. We had a lovely chat with the lady servicing the rooms. She does a terrific job and was lovely to have around. Again, a reflection of the whole place. Great!!! Can't wait until next time.

The Colonial Resort is the best family accommodation I have ever experienced. The apartments are huge, fully equipped and quiet! The pool and bbq facilities are squeaky clean and the whole place is so well managed.

Fantastic holiday accommodation for family holiday. Right in the heart of Noosaville yet so quiet & secluded. Well appointed apartments with excellent facilities. Have stayed at a few resorts in the area over the years but Colonial is our new go to. Cathy & her husband were there if/when we needed them but never overbearing. Perfect holiday! Thank you.

Stayed a couple of nights. The room was basic but clean and functional. But the complex itself was lovely. The pool was nice and there is a self use barbecue area for all. The owners were friendly and pleasant. Within the little complex there was a great coffee shop, and a small eatery and Hairdresser. The location was amazing with the seafront across the street and overall a beautiful little town. That is an abundance of different eateries along the frontage to cater for all tastes

The Colonial Resort was excellent. The grounds are set in beautiful palms around a huge swimming pool. A BBQ area was undercover, very clean and roomy. Our unit was terrific. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms and a great size family, dining and kitchen area. The front and back decks added to the outdoor experience. I would certainly go back to this resort.

A great place to stay in Noosaville! A few points about the Colonial - nice friendly check in, undercover parking, great location (including 2 choices for coffee at the entrance), clean apartments that are well equipped (hifi could do with an upgrade 😀), clean pool area and bbq. All in all a great and central place to stay in Noosaville.

We absolutely loved our apartment, so quiet and such a great balcony area overlooking the pool. Best fitted out kitchen we have ever had - every utensil and cookware item you need. Great location on Gympie Terrace, restaurants, cafes and bars right on your doorstep. Also only a 5 minute walk to Woolworths for groceries. Highly recommended.
