I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were dated but comfortable as was the bed. I loved the patio outside, the birds were singing very loudly and it was a perfect place for a drink. They had a good selection of food and I walked from this location to Tenerife without any problem. Would recommend a stay here.

Our second time to the restaurant and our first since moving close by. The service on Friday night was above and beyond! All the staff members in the restaurant were so helpful and kind and immediately helped with anything we needed. Food was lovely. Can't wait to come back!

We have had pretty reliable meals here on occasion until tonight. First thing we noticed were the menu prices had increased on some items. We ordered a kids meal for $13.50 which consisted of 6 freezer style nuggets and about 10 chips on the plate and an apple juice which was mostly ice (the desert didn't come out) Our parmi and schnitzel main meals were disappointing, the chicken for both meals was overcooked, so it was dry chewy and not enjoyable, the mushroom gravy needs someone to actually taste it before serving it. I wouldn't normally say anything but I would have let a staff member know on this occasion, if one stopped by the table. We spent $100 here tonight and would not say it was near worth it.

I went to the Colmslie today. The staff members were pleasant and efficient, the main eating area was airy and comfortable and the service was very good. However, the sludgy lettuce that was served was not acceptable. This was brought to the attention of a staff member. She asked whether the lettuce was soggy; it was actually decayed. Other meals on our table looked enjoyable.

Additionally, the female toilets need an upgrade; the facilities appear dated, the basin was somewhat blocked and there was a weird nauseating smell once one entered the bathroom.

Ordered a chicken parmigiana and for $32 dollars it didn’t even come close to nice pubs / bars in the city which are cheaper and make a parmy 200x better.
Service was also abit hit and miss which is disappointing as it is a close pub to home but is yet to impress / satisfy

Location is beautiful, staff were lovely. I understand a 45 min wait on food on Father's Day is more than reasonable to expect - but 75 minutes to actually receive our meals was a bit too much.

We had dinner at the Colmslie last Saturday, with our grand children. We all enjoyed it; the food was very nice and the service was friendly and professional. I would highly recomend this restaurant and intend to go there again.
