I recently celebrated my 60th birthday, having a birthday breakfast with a dozen friends at Colliery Perk. As always Maria and the staff were very courteous. The servings were very generous and the food was very tasty and delivered to the table quickly, which amazed us as there was another party of people there celebrating a birthday as well. I couldn’t recommend this venue more and will be back again in the new year.

Had the pulled pork burger with fries that were on special and it was 10/10!!! Brioche bun, fresh coleslaw and delicious pork, exceptional service, could eat 20 more of those burgers easily

Wonderful coffee and food, if you're after a cozy cafe experience. It's perhaps the wonderful staff that make every visit a pleasure. Maria and Craig make the Colliery Perk, their effort to get to know their customers and kindness is second to none.
Well worth any wait for coffee that is well made and not rushed.

Lovely Cafe, staff friendly and welcoming and patient, good choice of food, burgers are awesome. Lemon Meringue tart....brilliant.
