Went in to get a coffee, there were many sizes and lots of items on the menu so needed a second to think. The guys was just sneezing and blowing his nose without even washing or wiping his hands. Thought only had a tall size so ask if there’s anything smaller, the guy asked so how small you want. The guy was rude and rushed to take order even though there were no other customers at all. I didn’t feel really good so just ordered a small mocha to take away. It was $6.50 and I got charged $6 yet still pretty expensive. Sat at the bench outside, drank my coffee till nearly finished and found out a whipped cream piping tip. It was rusty and dusty inside, totally disgusting. Most importantly it feels intentional as I am a barista myself and there is no way you would not notice such a big thing in the SMALL CUP. It ruins my morning and doesn’t worth $6 at all 👎👎👎 Don’t bother.

My dad came across this hole in the wall and was really excited to try the coffee. Whilst in the line he took a panorama photograph with his phone of the shop (as he loves taking panorama photos of everything almost as much as he loves coffee). The owner then proceeded to RAISE HIS VOICE at my dad to not take photographs, saying it’s a private establishment and he shouldn’t take photos of other people. It was upsetting that there was no reasonable level of communication, just straight to yelling at him whilst we are waiting to order an espresso.

The matcha & turmeric latte are premixed - power & sugar.

It is not palatable to old folks who are on sensitive to sugar.
Too sweet for us.

Fortunately, the owner/staff is nice to offer more milk to dilute the sweetness.

Its a nice little cosy place to have a cuppa😊

The coffee was amazing, it was enjoyable and delicious! I had a Freezer which was rich, filled to the top and overall really enjoyable... I can't find a flaw in the products being produced!
However, the owner is not suited for customer service, I was told to get up and sit at a table with other people as I was taking up "customer space", despite me being a paying customer. This just left a bit of a sour taste for me. I thought maybe he was having a bad day? I returned a couple of days later, once again the coffee was flawless, but the service provided was not enjoyable.
While ordering the owner was growing frustrated as I requested some drinks to be made with lactose free milk.
The rest of the staff were nice to deal with.
Yes the coffee is a lot more expensive than the typical coffee, however you are paying for the quality, and yes I would most definitely say it is worth it!

Went there to try out their coffee for 1st time. A staff came with friendly welcome. Never seen so many coffee choices before was having trouble to decide. Staff kindly offer recommendation. Got a hot banana coco and coffee. Both are lovely to drink. Bananna is strong so great for any bananna lover out there. The staff was honest with the price for different cup size. Would visit again to see their coffee bean machine when is on.

The guy, I'm assuming the owner or manager, is so arrogant and rude. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it had coffee in it. I would have gone back to get it fixed, but the man was so off-putting that I just threw it away.

$10 for large coffee and $5 for a slice (2.5cm). Coffee is nice but not sure how they can justify these prices.

Amazing coffe and great service. We were walking by and decided to grab a coffee while being surprised by the quality and taste.
They got about 8 different size of take away coffe cups as well.
