So I've ordered before and the food wasn't bad BUT as a driver, I was told off due to saying I arrived 2 minutes before I entered the store. Now I would have said I arrived when I did but they have store in the app much further up on mate street then it was. So I was messed around, having to turn around and walk across the road just to get yelled at for just being 2 minutes late, like us drivers don't get screwed over a lot by waiting. Also heard them complaining about an order that was set for 8.30 and decided to cancel it even though they have a cut off time (if you didn't want to make orders just before close then make the cut off time earlier!)

Reply: it is in fact your fault that I arrived to the wrong place, as you have put the pin to where you're located at the other end of the street! You're going on about fees you get but clearly don't care about the extra fuel I had to use so I couldn't care less. Also you dont get a late fee after 2 minutes anyway I know some managers. As for the conversation I heard it from the start and to the end when they stopped talking. If you weren't there which that's what it sounds like on your reply how would you have known what the hell was said? Maybe you should get you're facts right. You're reply just proves that you're business is just rude.

I paid $5.59 for a medium coffee that WASN’T barista made. It was from a fully automatic machine which even the milk came out of. The coffee was undrinkable.
