Outa towners and we thought we would give this place a try ...its in a really good shopping mall ..the coffee place looked clean and fresh so we thought ..why not ..so me and my hot chocolate ... staff and i struggled at first ...but then they gave in and made the hot chocolate the true and correct way ..when i complimented the barrista ..you should have seen how huge his smile was .... food was good too ..fresh and tasty ..the place was very busy too ..staff seemed to be on the ball wasnt tooooooo long a wait ...would i go back no not really but trying for first time u would recommend ..only reason i say no ...coz theres so many place to try and eat their food

Service was solid, and it's a good place to sit and relax. The location has genuinely been one of our favs for any trip to Wagga but the last few visits have been ordinary. The quality of food has dropped off. I won't be rushing back.

Bad experience from untrained staff. We patiently waited for our breakfast after 25mins and watching others that ordered after us receive thiers I asked if they could give us an estimate time when we would get ours. Only to discover they messed up our order. So we asked for a refund as we had to go so the best they could do is card refund that takes 3-5 days. Thanks

The service was amazing, but it was disappointing when my cappuccino was already made but was not served 7 minutes later. Food was alright but not enough to fill your stomach. My sister ordered nachos but it had no meat, who serves nachos with no sort of meat. Rather than that the atmosphere was clean and tidy. Not sure if I may come again 🥴

Very poor service there today, I regularly have breakfast at this place but after today’s effort I won’t be going back. After three attempts to get a coffee in a takeaway cup, the third attempt was the last straw. I had paid for a bacon and egg roll and a large flat white in a takeaway cup. Coffee came out in a mug, it got sent back, another coffee came out, it was in a regular takeaway cup, the third coffee came out in a large takeaway cup but it was a cappuccino, I decided that was enough and left empty handed. How hard is it to read a ticket. People can apologise as much as they want, it seems like there are no consequences for poor service or work ethics these day.

Paid $15 for nachos that was a tiny bowl with only sauce, cheese and sour cream. Sorry that's not Nachos, the service was awful by the cranky lady that delivered the food. Won't be back. Coffee Club is way better!

Waited 22minutes for takeaway latte not once did they clean or swap over frothing jug.just kept using the same jugs. Always have time to swap jugs for a clean one no matter how busy.
