Came In today as I had to wait around for my car, the front service/barista staff member was absolutely wonderful, he was very friendly and attentive. Service was top notch, he even tried to distract my baby so I could eat. It was such a lovely gesture. I was able to enjoy my meal and coffee. Definitely will be back if I’m ever back in the centre.

Great coffee shop. Staff are very friendly, the meal portions are generous and not expensive. Order at the counter and they bring it all out. All our meals tasted awesome. We'll be back.

My Mum, sister and I have been to Coffee & Co Narellan numerous times and everytime has been a lovely experience. The staff are always friendly and inviting. The indulgent salad is our go-to as it never disappoints. Definitely recommend!

I regularly buy coffee from this place and my recent visit was extremely disappointed. The staff took my order incorrectly and, while they were very apologetic, the owner was another story. He yelled at customers for not checking the bill when ordering and came across as egoistic and rude.

His behavior was unacceptable, and the way he spoke felt discriminatory and racist. I will take my business elsewhere, as there is no place for hate in this country.
