We waited at the counter for over 7minutes, ignored by staff, who were too busy to acknowledge us as customers. Eventually, (just as we'd given up) we were able to order - a coffee and a sausage roll each. The coffee took some time, (they were busy/ish) and by then the sausage rolls were very cold. Not the best experience, next time we'll go somewhere else.

Muffins are delicious and the coffee pretty good. Service can be a little slow when busy, but to be expected.

Most reviews slam the service, but most of the time it's because of other customers poor etiquette when lining up. As it's central to the eating area of the mall, it can be a bit chaotic and hard to keep track of customers, so not really the staffs fault.

Barista was talking to her friends that had come to visit her while there were customers waiting. I find it odd how they place the mugs down for the customers to collect themselves, no saucer with it or waitresses carrying it over. Probably because of the location. Hot chocolate was good.

I drink a lot of coffee and I'm pretty fussy but I've never had one I didn't love from Coffee Break. I grab a takeaway from here at least twice a week and it's always made quickly and well.

Service was terrible, staff spoke across each other taking my order, and seemed annoyed that I was there! Muffin was stone cold, and i was not given a choice to have it warmed, very dissapointing for the price!
