We stayed at this campsite for $28 a night for an unpowered site, which was a reasonable price. We set up on a grassy area close to the kitchen, but the site itself was a bit unclean, so we ended up using our own equipment, including a gas cooker. The bathrooms were clean, which was a plus. The campsite is about a 12-minute drive from town, and it’s located next to a road, so it can get a bit loud at times. However, it wasn’t too disruptive, and overall, it was an okay place to stay for the price.

We have been at the Coconut Glean for a long period and we always find really good people.
The toilet were really well cleaned and there is also a nice pool were you can take a swim.
The kitchen its okay but would need more attention. Is the cheaper camping that you can find in Townsville!!!

This is the 4 time we have stayed at Coconut Glen and the price and the general feel of the park is very welcoming.
Damien, Geoff and Sean were really helpful when we first arrived and that did not change over the course of our stay. Just a lovely group of blokes.
The permanents we found to be real friendly and helpful and had lots of interesting stories to share. We will be back.

The place where you cans stand with you vehicle are standard, nothing special but still solid, less shadow places. Arountd the campground are some direct streetway and a railway but not very disrupting anyways.
The toilets and the showers are new and clean, they clean it up every day, very nice! A plus point is the very clean pool with sun protection above.
Last but not least the staff is very kind and friendly. They will help you out with anything you'll need!
Just ask them, thas what I would recommend 😉 ?
Easy place for easy chill for easy money
Cheers (Luke)?

One of the least expensive Caravan ? Parks in Townsville. It maybe be a little dated, but the showers and Toilets are clean as well as the swimming ?‍♀️ pool. Located close to Shopping Centres, including other amenities.

Great value in a convenient location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - we were arriving late and the communication was excellent.
Park and facilities are a bit tired and basic but the showers were hot and it provided us with what we needed.
There's a pool as well but we didn't check it out.
It's not a fancy, named new Park with lots of facilities and tidy edges but people were friendly and we would happily stay again.

Awful place. Most of the park is taken up with homeless people.
The manager was curt. The park needs a total overhaul.
New management? No.
It was cheap though.
Amenities were clean
