What an amazing experience! We had gone to another clinic prior to this visit with no real results. However met with Bronte who was super knowledgeable and so warm and friendly. The staff were all the same and we felt very comfortable there. Bronte did an amazing job which we saw a result from. We would 100% go back! Would highly recommend.

I had two very positive experiences at Coco with Ellen. She was professional and warm, made some useful suggestions, explained the procedures to me and answered all of my questions very patiently. I felt in very good and safe hands. The reception staff are also very welcoming and friendly. The clinic itself is decorated with taste and provides lovely views. I will be returning here.

Had my annual BBL with Nurse Fleur 10 days ago and my skin is looking fabulous. Pigment shed, skin plumped and refined. Went to put on makeup this morning and realised I don’t need it! Fantastic outcome.

This was my 8th time getting Botox injections in my forehead, crows and 11’s. I decided to try this practice as I’d heard great things about tailoring to suit each clients individual needs.

I am left feeling extremely disappointed with the results and money I spent on getting no desired outcome.

I returned after the two weeks for a top up and was required to pay even MORE!!!! However, absolutely no improvement in my wrinkles AGAIN after two weeks. So not sure what I paid for. Feels like maybe watered down injections ? I have never experienced this at similar practices.

I tried to contact and see if the problem could be fixed but was told I’d be charged for additional top ups ? So I’ve spent hundred and hundreds of dollars to not receive the result that was planned for in the initial consultation. I just felt like all they wanted was more money and there wasn’t a genuine care for the customer.

Won’t ever be returning and don’t recommended.

The team at Coco are very warm, welcoming and radiant professionals. They make sure you feel comfortable before going into treatment which always eases any nerves or hesitations. The clinic itself has beautiful skyline views of Newcastle harbour. Shout out to Fleur, Mads and Ellen for always doing an amazing job 🙂
