Not entirely happy with my nails I had got done here last week. Firstly I had asked for a manicure & had only gotten my nails done and costed me $80. I had expressed what I wanted but the lady who’d done my nails said everyone who came in had gotten the style I wanted (almond) and told me my nails wouldn’t suit them and so I continued to do what she thought suited me best. I did go around in circles about it with her and eventually just gave in because I just didn’t have the time to go over and over about it. Mind you I’ve never gotten almond shape before hence why I wanted them. Not only did she constantly tell me what was better than what I wanted, she did a poor job on my nails that she herself suggested. She didn’t cover my natural nails properly, file or shape them as good as I’ve seen her do on others. Now I understand when it comes to an hour before closing the only thing you want is to pack up and get home but you have a job to do and your job is to make sure everyone leaving your workplace is happy with your work! I hated that not only did I leave disappointed in the effort she put into my nails but how poorly her customer service was because I know she could tell they weren’t her best work. I’ve had good appointments here before with other nail techs but this is probably the last time I’ll be coming here. Definitely not worth the $80. More like $40. Disappointing

Less than positive experience here! Always rushed, with only 2 nail technicians on at the time, and 3 people already seated in the middle of their service, 3 more people walked in and they were told they will have to wait 10 minutes! I have had SNS done for years and today paid $60 for by far the worst nails/treatment iv ever had…

This will be the 3rd time I've been to Coco Nails in Dakabin.
They're so amazing.

All staff are so lovely, caring and make sure they're doing a good job always.

3rd set. Nails have not lifted one time, broken. Nothing PERFECT everything.
Fast and Accurate.
Would recommend always.

i came here two-three weeks ago. i got a basic acrylic set for $60. when i went home i had a shower and one had already popped off within 4 hours of the set being done. 4 more had come off 3 days later, i got a refill free of charge and they came out looking worse than the original set. they continued to come off consistently, i popped the rest off last night and come to find out i now have an infection on my finger from the acrylics.

I’ve been having my nails done here since it opened, and when I haven’t been near, I’ve tried other salons, only to return here for repairs and replacements. The workmanship quality, personal customer service, friendliness, and time efficiency is 5 stars and I’ve learned now not to bother going anywhere else for my nails

I have been to this places for 3years, last month i went back after a long break, manager was rude and didn't do her job right, the male staff mess up with my nail *nail didn't set properly, it melted after i put the socks on, i didn't know until i got home, i had to go back the next day to get it fix. The nail melted in the middle again after 5-6 days, they are not trained, don't waste your time & money to go there, spend it somewhere else

As a manly man, I don't normally do things like this, however I told my partner I'd pay to get her manicure and pedicure done, she said I should get a pedicure too, at first I thought "nah" but then I said yeah okay, they gave me a leg and foot massage and as someone that has never ever had a leg massage or anything, it has been one of the best experiences.. I would highly recommend it for any gender, top tier service and they even give you a bottle of water.. fellas, if you haven't tried it, try it.

I've been here twice now and it's become my new go to place for nails. Both times I have been pampered with bottled chilled water, have been seen to in a timely manner, have had my nails (pedicure & manicure) done to exceptional standards. I haven't walked away thinking maybe something could have been done better, or filed shorter, or 1 nail wonky.. everything has been perfect. Definitely worth the visit!
