"Is your fruit fresh?"
"It's fresh from frozen."

That's the response I got when I asked about the coco loco fruit topping. I enquired because the fruit tasted canned and got the above bizarre response.

If it's from frozen, then no, it is not fresh.

"Do you know how much wastage there would be if we cut fresh mangos every day?" The woman at the counter seemed frustrated that I would even suggest such a thing as fresh fruit. I was shocked by this response. If your business can't source tropical fruit, then perhaps it shouldn't be on the menu. In any case, that's not an appropriate response to a customer.

I was told I'm the first person to complain. However the lady seated next to me overheard me complain about the food, and she leaned over and said "I feel you. This food is not good."

So to say I'm the first to complain isn't true; I was just the first to mention this at the register.

Don't recommend, especially for $21 for defrosted fruit.

It's very misleading to label "seasonal fruit" on the menu and serve defrosted fruit instead. High potential for misleading customers about a product...

We stumbled on Coco Loco purely by accident, and we will be back. The coffee was fantastic, and my kids loved the kids corner.

Took my daughter here for the first time this morning, good coffee (not acidic like some places) they have all different types of milk that will suit everyone. We love what we have here this morning. We will be coming back here again.

Disappointed. Quite expensive compared with other cafes, so setting expectations high. Food and coffee okay. Told a 5 minute wait - waited about 25 mins for my toasted sandwich & 2x coffees. Got a different coffee to what I ordered & when I politely enquired got a surly response back. I definitely won't be returning.

Ordered coffee x 2 and portugese tart x 2. Dined in.
Takeaway cups 🥤
One coffe was soy milk and was only just over half filled. Was a small coffee in a large size and paid for large.
Tarts were ok.
Seats are difficult for some people to get into.
Not sure I will be back in a hurry. Not good value
