I am a regular at Coco Chai and I always have a very relaxing time, with very professional service.
Recently for my husband's birthday, I gave him a gift of a 75 minute treatment. First a foot scrub and then an hour long massage. I accompanied him for the treatment. (I would have been a fool not to!)
The massage room is warm, beautifully lit and decorated and a perfect place to relax.
Every time I have a been to Coco Chai the therapists have been friendly, professional and highly attentive.
We are so fortunate in Kiama to have Coco Chai Day Spa.

Just what a pregnant woman needed! Lovely massage and understood my needs. Very relaxing and the bed had an electric blanket underneath so I didn’t get cold. The only thing that I didn’t like was too much oil but I think that’s a personal preference. Would I go back? Yes. Would I recommend to others? Definitely. Thank you!

Lovely experience, the ladies were all pleasant and sweet. We were shown to our room which was lovely and given ample time to undress (didn’t feel rushed at all). The massage was not too harsh and not too soft (perfect pressure). They didn’t ask if we preferred a specific pressure though but it turned out perfect. They also didn’t ask if there were any problem areas for us. The lady I had forgot about my sore ear once (piercing) but nothing to lose stars over. The experience was ultimately so relaxing and wonderful. Would’ve been nice to have a warm wet towel to wipe off the oils but also nothing to lose stars over. They gave us herbal tea and as much time as we wanted to sit in the sitting room and relax after. Again nothing feeling rushed. Overall great experience.

Every time I book in at Coco Chai I KNOW I’m going to be taken care of. No matter what treatment I have, I know I can count on Narelle and her beautiful staff to make sure that I walk out feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed in every way. If I need my waxing done and I want them to keep talking to me so that I can get through it that’s what they’ll do, if Im having a bad day and my skin feels like it’s built up from bad energy, I call and book a massage and a facial and I know that I can rely on the team to pull me out of those negative energies and back into a balanced mental and physical state. After being a loyal client for the past 2 years I can honestly say walking through those doors I feel at home and comfortable, like I’m surrounded by people that just get what it means to take care of a persons individualised needs ❤️❤️❤️
