We stopped here for one night from Sydney to Sunny coast. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was nice and we all had a good nights sleep. We had take away but there wasn’t any plates. Also it would have been better if we had a park near our room and not around the back of the building but it was ok. |Would definitely stay again but it’s good for just one night due to space.

Very late booking request while on our way to Sydney. I called at 7:45pm and was greeted by a super helpful lady by the name of Tracy/Tracey. Easy key collection after hours, very comfy bed. We were extremely happy and will definitely be returning!

Central location. Close to large shopping Centre, beach, restaurants and the big banana but also a fairly quiet street.
Friendly / helpful staff.
Rooms were great for a long weekender.
Would of appreciated a more comfortable mattress if I was being picky.

Nice comfortable stay, while the rooms are nothing fancy they’re clean and the office staff were very welcoming. We Stayed on our way to Bryon Bay. Loved the location and really appreciated recommendations for Dinner.|Room was very quite and we slept well ?

We used Coastal Bay Motel as a stop over on the way up to Noosa and the Way Back. It is a Motel and very basic but very clean, quiet, and the office staff were very very helpful and friendly. For a stop over, well located, affordable, friendly and clean.

I have to say the service I received was next level. Staff went above and beyond and even stayed back close to 2 hours to accommodate us for two rooms.
Highly recommend, staff, rooms and location were all awesome.

Comfy and clean, but not built for accessibility - gutters, parking away from room. Bathroom rather 'compact'.

The room provided all I required. The motel is nicely located, with a French Restaurant 40 metres away and a bowling club restaurant about 500 metres down the street to the east. Staff including Tracey and others are pleasant and helpful
