The most sensational service. Derek guided us to our room, and checked and showed us all the services. |We were allowed to have our 2 small dogs . The room was so clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and made up with lovely linen -we both had a great sleep.|We often go to Brisbane to visit children and grandchildren. We don’t always have the dogs, however we would choose this accommodation every time in the future.

After being messed around by an air bnb in Dubbo, we were anxious to find somewhere at 7pm for us and our fur friends. Phoned Carol and she was so friendly and fit us in. Greeted and shown the room and even offered a bigger room if we wanted. Room was very clean and welcoming, aged but well maintained. We we treated amazing and very thankful for the beautiful service from this lovely couple. Thank you so much and will definitely be back. All the stars ?

A great place to stay, bring the family and the fur babies. Nice cozy rooms that always look amazing and are kept very clean and well maintained.

We have just travelled interstate and decided to spend our last night at Coonabarabran and booked in to this motel. Absolutely incredible accommodation,very welcoming owners,clean rooms,comfortable beds,quiet and peaceful. Will be making this our overnight accommodation for our future travels. The prices are very reasonable for 2 rooms for the 5 of us and dog friendly which is just amazing.Highly recommend staying at this motel.

10/10 good old fashioned country service. Room was perfect for our little family even our dog. Very well priced, close to the cbd and amazing Chinese meal. Coonabarabran is out of this world!!!

The rooms are clean, spacious and although old fashioned have everything you need. There is a sliding door and a covered area to sit outside your room, a large grassy area for walking your dog and a large in ground pool. We make this our halfway stop on trips due to the fact it is pet friendly. The owners are beautiful people who go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the Coachmans Rest. The couple that run it were very friendly and welcoming and we got a good room upstairs that accommodated two adults and three kids. Yes the decor might be a bit 'old school' but it was very clean. My only comment is they need to add a few more plates and cutlery to the room. Otherwise all good.

We spent a lovely evening sitting on the lawn having a drink and a snack while the kids played. Very reasonably priced too.
