Don't stay here if you have young children/toddlers/ babies.

The owner touching my daughter's (15 months) face when he remains a complete and utter stranger was gobsmackingly appalling. Sure, toddlers and babies are pretty cute, but this is not a reason to touch another person's face. This is also coupled with the owner's attention being focused on my daughter.

Additionally, his offer to hold my daughter while I was going to move my car (at his insistence late in the evening when there was no-one else was using the car spot/ there was no-one staying in that particular room and I made it aware to the owner that I am pregnant (later stages) I found it difficult to move around). While I appreciate that it was a simple gesture, it was perceived poorly.

The owner of the hotel kept on walking past and staring into the room not long after opening the front/ the back door. It was exceedingly uncomfortable and it felt like we were being watched. It was was noted that staff had walked into the room while we were away and there were no clean towels etc given.

At no point in time would I recommend this place to anyone with children/toddlers/ babies/ young families.

The room was tidy, but there were chunks missing out of the floor tiles.

Unexpectedly needed to extend stay from 1 night to 3 - manager great with this. Second couple nights were in a self- contained family room, which is really like a spacious 1-bed apartment. Inclusing compact kitchen and laundry.

Facilities were fine - best described as dated but functional. It's not flash, but we found it comfortable. Beds comfy and not too noisy. Would stay again.

I found it difficult to be in the rooms here as the smell of cleaning chemicals made me feel unwell. It was cold but I had to leave my doors and windows open to try to get rid of the chemical stench. Otherwise it was dated and cheap

I stayed here and for the most part it was good. The staff on reception were kind and helpful, and the room was quiet and felt secure. I was in a room near the back of the property and there was no internet access as promised, also no breakfast was supplied or offered. The room was mostly clean and was very quiet at night, which I greatly appreciated. The Coachman was good for the cost but certainly check the internet and breakfast on or before arriving if those are things that you need.

Room was adequate but a/c noisy. Bathroom was very clean and lots of hotwater. Bed was very comfortable. I had the best night sleep in a long time. Environment was very quiet and close to the highway. Staff were welcoming. The outside light would be better to be on a movement sensor arrangement as it lit up the room despite the block out curtains.
I had my own covered car accommodation. I'd stay again for that price.

Stayed up to show where 4WD towing trailer could safely be parked well after dark, very friendly and helpful ☺️
For a $99 room it was amazing!
Very spacious! Could've accommodated several! Decent water pressure, all needs provided.. instead of 'samplers' they had full 'pressure pump' dispensers fixed to the walls to dispense soap, sanitizer, moisturizer, after shave, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel! πŸ˜„

We needed somewhere to stay for 10 days as we live rurally and my son needed surgery in Toowoomba. The family room had everything we needed at an affordable price and the host Arjan was friendly and always helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Where do I start, the staff are not that friendly, efficient and/or helpful. The bed was like sleeping on a cement lab and microwave oven only cooked 2 meals which of were still frozen in spots. Than the microwave oven won't cook any meal at all after the last 2 meals
