Stayed for one night for the footy, and acceptable for what you pay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds were made and clean and bathroom was okay. Location is great.

It’s a bit outdated and there were crumbs next to the toaster, but all in all a fine stay.

Well established motel conveniently located closely to CBD.|We stayed in a unit yet to be renovated, and it clearly showed that some TLC was require. Room was clean and light, our room was as large as an apartment with all amenities available. When morning sun arose, our bedroom was lit up and some block out curtains would not go amiss.|Staff were polite and courteous. With fully equipped apartment style unit, our breakfast was up to us, and supermarkets were within a short drive.|Well priced, positioned and close to all services.|Will stay again.

For the price it was a decently sized room with a nice view and was fairly neat. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the room absolutely could have been cleaner. There was mould in the bathroom and quite a lot of dust in the bathroom and toilet. I requested a late check out at 11am which was confirmed by the receptionist, however I had a housekeeper enter my room at 10.30am which was very uncomfortable as I had just gotten out of the shower. The receptionist did apologise for this, but it left me feeling a bit icky. I also had other guests speaking on the phone very loudly outside my room late at night which is obviously nobody's fault but just be mindful, that this is a very noisy place to stay when it's busy. Overall I was a little bit disappointed in my stay but I suppose for the price it was reasonable.

The moment I entered the room I had to step back due to putrid gutter smell in the room. The room looked fine but due to the smell I had to exit the room immediately. When I told both the managers about the smell, they went to inspect the room and came back saying they could not smell anything. I asked them to give me an alternative room as it was impossible for me to stay in that room. They mentioned they were unable to provide another room as the hotel was full booked and instead offered me some chemical to put into the drain of the. Bathroom!!! I am still asking for refund and have been advised it is their policy to not offer refunds.

Really awesome place to stay. Very close to most things in town (half hour walk to pretty much everything in town) or 5 min drive 😁 I want to give a special shout out to the receptionist, she is absolutely incredible and is a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay and always had a smile on her face. Thank you 😊

Good rooms considering the age of the place. They have modernised where needed. You're fairly close to the gardens and a short walk to the city. The walk back is a little steep and parking could be better. The car parks are small for modern standards and can get a bit tight with larger SUVs. Additionally the cark park are on a slope and some car park spaces have weird elevations.

Well, where do I start? One word DON’T! Don't bother staying here. The carpark is an absolute nightmare any normal car bottoms out going in and out of the place. Not sure where the accommodation photos were taken but definitely not the room we stayed in. The room we had was outdated and not very clean the only good thing about the room was the bed was comfy. So stay here at your own peril.

Bathroom dirty with leaking shower and not functional shower head. Mould in shower. Tap on vanity has come off and black residue from underneath has dropped on the floor.
Lady in reception was the only positive.
