Very basic and outdated rooms(no bin, no WiFi & only 1 bed side table, heater didn't heat up the room very well- mirror was convenient for doing my hair and makeup for the festival though). When I was shown my room (room 10) I asked if there would be any towels available and he said he would ask housekeeping- I never received any towels. The bathroom/showers down my end were clean but there was never any soap in the soap dispensers which was very annoying. The toilet paper ran out and wasn't replaced so I got some from the other bathrooms. When I got to my room the window was wide open which 1. made the room cold and 2. Was a safety concern- i was able to close the window but there was no lock and only a supposedly "temporary" curtain covering it. I was never told about checking out but found the key drop box near the door thankfully. I understand it's a pub, but in the evening I could hear/feel the extremely loud music which I think was below me and also loud people- didn't stop until midnight which made it hard to sleep. The shared kitchen was convenient for putting my milk in and also boiling water to make hot drinks etc. The price was budget friendly and the location was extremely convenient for where I needed to be for the Celtic Festival. The bed was clean at least but I did check to make sure the sheets were clean etc.

Had a great time staying here, was easy going, staff are great and welcoming and fun ! Always something happening. Food was amazing, Room was comfy and everything you need in the 1 place.

We ended up here every day we stayed in Glen Innes. The pub food and the Nepalese food were both delish. Super friendly staff and a fun atmosphere whether you're day drinking or going out for the night. Pool table, a couple of bar rooms, they even had salsa lessons one night we were there. We were really missing some city night social fun and we found it here. Great place to meet the locals. Glen Innes is awesome. We actually want to move there just to be closer to Club Hotel🤣

While on a wander down the Main Street of Glen Innes we stopped in here for a drink. This was the day of the races but the main bar area was still pretty quiet. There is also a separate dining area for those looking for a sit down meal. Good service and good atmosphere in an authentic country pub.

I am grateful to these guys for a room, as the alternative was a wet and cold night ride for another 300 km.
Friendly staff, good chef's special, Cooper's on tap was a bonus.

Service was so dam good, the bar tender couldn't have been more helpful, he was concerned about cleanliness and Service, was such a nice experience, food was awesome as well, highly recommended.

Grand old pub with cold beer and friendly service. We had the goat curry for lunch and it was something you have to taste to believe. Seriously bloody good!
