I arrived about 5.45pm and all looked well and cared for from the outside.
Once entering I was impressed by the simplicity and 100% cleanness.
On the difficult side to find due to the darkness but it was possibly around 1am. I climbed into a spotless Queen sized bed, extremely comfortable (and I’m a hard marker) with good pillows. Had a blissful sleep feeling safe.
After a morning coffee with real milk I started on my voyage home.
Met the hard working owners and their lovely daughter and left feeling and saying I would be returning happily. Just use your navigation and finding it is far more simple. 10/10

Really lovely place to stay. Location is quiet and the property is well maintained, with a lovely pool. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The Manager is friendly as are the housekeeping staff. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing break. We will definitely be staying again.

Such a great experience staying here. The rooms are tidy with extremely comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff are friendly, and the owner could not have been more helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we co.e to Brisbane. Close to shops and cafes, but set back in a quiet location.

Our original accommodation was affected by the storm so we had to rush to find a place as we were only 3 hours away when we were notified the owners here made the stressful process a lot easier and were very helpful through the whole stay, it’s a Beautiful little spot, very quiet, tidy and clean. Have had a great stay here. The area is so beautiful And will be returning here on future trips as it’s now one of our favourite places to stay as it is the perfect middle to get to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Did not have any problems during our stay, it was adequate for our circumstances and the price. We attended a wedding just down the road so was just used for sleeping.
Our problem is with our security deposit being taken without any notice (which by the way there was nothing on the booking confirmation that stated a security deposit? Not a problem). Upon noticing it still hadn’t been returned 2 weeks later, we called to enquire. The person on the other end straight away went into defensive and said a bed was broken? This is simply not possible from our point of view, but either way, why was this not communicated the day of check out? Had we been contacted straight away, we might have just accepted it, but it is highly illegal to just take a security deposit without reason. We are 99% certain we did not break anything and left the place exactly how we leave every place (which we have never not gotten a deposit back), however the way this was handled was appalling. The staff member was extremely rude and told us we are never welcome to stay here ever again. Which is fine, we won’t. So, just be careful when booking and make sure you check everything I guess?

I have stayed at this motel repeatedly over the last few months. I love the comfortable beds with quality linen, and the thick towels and amazing rainfall showerheads. The wi-fi is good. You can self cater as each room has some dishes, cutlery, fridge and a microwave. A continental breakfast pack is also available, or walk around the corner to a lovely cafe or just a little further to Maccas. The owners are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Redlands!
