The Clearview Centre is a rare commodity amongst community spaces.
I has it has a feeling of being somewhere that encourages and inspires creativity. It is also a remarkably clean and well-managed venue that is used by a wide range of community groups. The amenities and kitchen, garden, gallery space and reception rooms are all of a rarely high standard for a community centre.
Past events have included CD Launches, World music fund raising concerts, wellness workshops, music performance and recording sessions, birthday receptions, poetry and writers groups, ballet and tap dancing classes, self-help health workshops, ESL language school, Pilates and yoga classes etc.
I am a festival director and musician over many years and I have been involved in the presentation of many cultural activities at the Clearview Centre and highly recommend it. Terms are also extremely reasonable for the standard. Off-street parking is ample and the venue is located just 15 mins from Brisbane city centre.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Situated in Morningside, it has two spaces for dance and exercise, a working kitchen and a kitchenette, a co-working space and more. I go to a bookclub meeting and it’s very cosy. The prices are very reasonable and there’s free parking.
