I got laser hair removal done at this clinic and the results I had were phenomenal. Kaitlin was so professional and she had so much knowledge of the treatment. I have never had results this good. Such a clean and lovely environment as well, would highly recommend to anyone wanting good results.

Millie and her Team @ Clear Skin Clinic are the best by far. Millie has an incredible amount of experience and after care knowledge. Her confidence and professionalism is so strong that you just feel relaxed the whole time. She won’t sell products that you don’t need and is never pushy or abrupt. In fact it’s her approach and manner that is of the highest standard. If she recommends a treatment or products, you will definitely see great results.

Not welcoming when you first arrive. Not greeted warmly or with a smile and rather intimidating when you have five therapists, including manager, hanging around the reception, one drinking coffee, others on phones - not very professional. The therapist that did my treatment, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t smile and seemed bored. Treatment room was very cold and wasn’t given a blanket, but offered a blanket near end of treatment, by then what’s the point. Pop music playing is not very relaxing when receiving a facial, for other treatments might be suitable. The facial itself was ok and skin felt nice afterwards. I understand this is a clinic and not a beauty salon, but this place lacks ambiance and provides an uncomfortable atmosphere from start to finish.

It's really very disappointing for being late to appointment for 4-5 mins. I was booked in for my appointment at 1 pm today and was there around 1.04 or 1.05 pm and was waitIng there for someone to attend me for next 5-6 mins .. one of staff member was with other customer at same time when i reached . I thought to ring a bell then someone else came out from room and told me that we won't be able to do the appointment as you are late for more than 10 mins. And arguing for next 15 minutes while they could have been attending my appointment during that tym. I have been regular customer to this practice from last 3 years. Have never faced any issues before. Was always being treated with manager milli. She is really nyc . Today met new staff member tori and one more , but they were not compromising with the fact that i have two kids 5 year and 1 year with me and have arranged baby sitter to cone with me while i am in my appointment.

I have been to clear skin care clinic for my very first visit today at Orion, booked well in advance. Actually, I was taking laser hair removal treatments from more than a year now but at other place. So, on my first visit to orion branch, I did not shaved my upperlip hairs, with sole intention to help staff get better understanding on frequency of treatments I need. However, I was treated like I am getting it for the first time ever. I was asked to make another appointment or have it shaved to go with booking today. I was even asked to get Shaving stuff to make it happen today as booked. Nobody, wants to be treated like this. First time visit to them and such a bad Customer service , I would never ever go there and recommend this to anybody I know. Instead, I just walked in to another place there called Antiwrinkle care, received warm welcome, not only listened to my concerns, however appreciated that coming with hairs has helped them to understand my areas needing laser and staff highly recommended if I come again without Shaving hairs , so they can evaluate it better and suggest treatment frequently accordingly. I know it does not matter to a big business. I hope things get better.
