Nice to find a quiet place so close to Brisbane. Views from the rooms and grounds are stunning. Staff service was excellent, everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. Good facilities with a tennis court and pool. Overall the room was a little dated, some wear and tear and obvious signs of ageing. But the room was clean, the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. Good value overall!

We enjoyed a three night stay at Clear Mountain Lodge. Lovely clean rooms and serviced daily with pretty views over the well maintained grounds.
The staff were all so welcoming providing excellent service. Sarah and Josh were standouts because of their warmth and friendliness. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely return for another stay.

We did the ultimate rejuvenation package, which in totality was good for the price. For a couple, it's $619 for a night's stay, 2x three course meals with a drink at their Mandy's restaurant, 2x breakfast, and 2x 60 minute massages. The massages were by far the best, and I've reviewed them separately. The hotel is only average and slightly missold. There is talk of a vineyard, but there are none in sight. They refer to lake views from the rooms we booked, but all the rooms are obscured by vegetation. There is supposed to be a fitness centre at the hotel according to the website, but the staff said there was none. The pool has no shade, making it difficult to use during the day. The food from the restaurant was pretty good, but the young waitor kept mixing things up. He saw us right without us complaining though. The room was on the small side, but clean and adequate. All the staff were friendly. I'd say it should fall short of 4 stars, but it's still good value for money.

Could not recommend this place more for a wedding! It is a beautiful location and the staff were so lovely. Tylah was our wedding coordinator and she was all over it, I had not a worry on the day knowing she was all over everything.

The staff are friendly and the resort is in a beautiful spot about 15 mins either way to Dayboro or Samford.
The Superior Double rooms are adequate but nothing special
From the perspective of a consumer who wants to see these places not only maintain their existence but flourish, this resort desperately needs to improve their game in several areas.
Not sure if the onsite manager is woefully complacent or lacking in business acumen or has enough operating budget from Accor/ Mercure but the entire resort is a huge let down for members and needs a good clean and a fair bit of essential not ‘nice to have’ maintenance.
Dusty rooms & balconies, showers that leak water through the cubicle out along the grout all over the floor, no exhaust fan, rusty railings, dirty glass, cobwebs everywhere, broken chairs on the deck which is a safety hazard. We would have enjoyed a good steak at the onsite restaurant but at $52 each plus $10-$12 extra for vegetables was unreasonable, unacceptable and in stark contrast with the rest of the resort. Good gluten free options though but bring your prices down to a reasonable level and you will capture more clients.
I hope senior management of Accor see this post as someone needs a wake up call, better training or funding as it is a crying shame.

Clear Mountain Lodge is in a beautiful tranquil setting. My wife and I have stayed there multiple times. The rooms are well appointed and there are some good amenities onsite. The only down side for this stay was that our shower water pressure was really poor. Otherwise a great stay.

Fabulous Christmas lunch. The staff were so organised and friendly and the food magnificent. Easy parking on site. Thank you all for making our family celebration so memorable.
