This was our second visit to the Summer House at Clarendon Forest Retreat - and it won’t be our last! It is a divine location - incredibly peaceful, but not too far away from the highway. The house is really cute and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. There are also 2 bathrooms which is great if you are sharing with another family. We just love the view from the balcony!

We loved our stay at Clarendon Forest Retreat. The surroundings are picturesque, and you can enjoy the symphony of the birds each morning! The Chapel is cosy and contains all you need to unwind and relax. The jacuzzi, fireplace and tennis court are fabulous, and having your pet along for the ride, tops the experience.

Forster is an easy drive so you can have it all - the mountains and the beaches! Fantastic hosts who are helpful, but give you privacy during your stay. Thank you - we'll be back! 🙂

My family (with dog) had a great stay at CFR. The surrounds are beautiful and peaceful and our accommodation was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Our highlight was watching the amazing sunsets from the jacuzzi on the deck! Clare and Shaun were responsive and generous hosts. Full marks from us!

This retreat is a real treat?. All the reviews say how secluded it is and they are right. Just bring in enough food and drink for your stay and forget about the outside world for a while.

WOW!!! What an incredible place to stay. Felt relaxed as soon as we drove into the property, found our property within the grounds easily from the directions provided and settled straight in. Had everything we could possibly need, my only mistake was not booking it for longer as we didn't want to leave. Hidden gem of a place and I know I will be back as much as possible over the coming months. The perfect escape to relax and unwind in the most stunning setting. Thank you for a memorable experience x
