Cold food, noisy people and the most horrible bed

Well it's dirty mold covered room that week , ant infested room the next etc . The cleaners know these issues but nothing is done .
They only have a few minutes for each room , and at around $160 per night this is a disgrace.
Good for management and share holders though

* Staff is really friendly … most of them
*** Food is tasty but not always hot and meat most
of the time over-cooked.

Food as well isnt the same for the first then it
is for the last person. Needs improvement.

* For the kitchen to be unable to produce good
hot food option for take-away. Not everyone
likes to eat at 4am or 8pm so you are stuck
with cold food salads and fruit for the most
of your week. Not good enough.

* Rooms are not clean and have something
broken all the time. Cleaning team and
gardeners make hell of a noise to times
where people need to sleep

Chefs don’t care about quality of hot food for breakfast and dinner. Scrambled eggs are drenched in wet milky residue. Lunch meals are even worse with boring steak and veg food options. Making your own sandwich is the most interesting thing to make for your own lunch… The lunch food really really REALLY needs to improve.
The single beds are hard, get ready to have springs digging into your back.
You have to fill in a maintenance request every time you stay in a room because there is always something wrong, whether it be the aircon rattling loudly all night, visible mould coming from the AC or your shower head falling off the wall!
Some positives are; the gym is substantial for the quality of camp overall, the wet mess offers great pizzas for $15 and mid strength drinks you can get takeaway to your room, parking is great with many car parks to choose from close to your room. Staff are friendly.
