This motel room unfortunately fell short of my expectations. I encountered several cleanliness issues during my stay. The bed was infested with ants, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The room itself was dusty, with visible dirt and grime on surfaces throughout. Rubbish was visible under the couch. The bathroom had visible mould in the corners of the shower and around the grout. The kettle provided in the room was dirty with a visible mould ring inside, making it unusable. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were unreasonable. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations.

Loved staying here with the family. Rooms generally clean, just a clean under the beds would make it perfect.

The place is very well located to explore Toowoomba and well priced. Will definitely recommend.

Staff is very nice, we got locked outside of the room because of the lock but they responded fast and sorted the issue for us.

The room we had was very unclean. The shower/bath grout was growing black mould (I was able to clean a strip with just a wash cloth and water.) there was a build up of powder next to the toilet, food under the bed, dust over the lights. At $160 per night I’d expect proper cleanliness.

The reception staff Brianna was lovely and very welcoming! Super helpful also.

Very nice motel but unfortunately there are not enough carparks for number of rooms.
A problem for those planning on leaving items in the car or arriving back late.
Certainly an issue for elderly with mobility issues.
Another issue we phoned to request a ground floor room due to health issues. Yes we were given a ground floor room but with the shower over the bath.....a safety issue and we would be unable to use. If we can't get up stairs surely we can't climb into a bath to have a shower.
OK for 1 night but not 5
Hopefully staff could be advised to let customers know of these issue and in advertising for safety and open disclosure.
The room is lovely but doorstop falling off back of bathroom door and bathroom not cleaned fully.
Room and Lamps dusty.
We must thank Brianna for her excellent customer service....nothing was to much trouble.

awesome place to stay! we stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely return. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious clean and very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and loved the connection with the golf course and golf club - happy days

Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Great location, even though we stayed in a room on the highway it was quiet, couldn’t hear the traffic. Easy drive to anywhere in Toowoomba. Will stay here again. Book direct it’s heaps cheaper

Staff were helpful and polite - 1 star.
Room was decent, spacious and mostly clean - 1 star.
Room service crew were prompt and did a decent job - 1 star.
We were, however, quite disappointed when we learned that there was no allocated undercover parking for our car and for the money we paid ($520+ for two nights) we felt this should have been provided. Both nights we had to park around the corner which was uncovered and inconvenient. Had we known about the absence of allocated undercover parking we would not have booked in here.

Had great experience in here, beautiful view from the balcony, easy access to car park. Very friendly service by Rihanna (sorry if I spelled it wrong). Location is great, close to petrol station and shopping centre.
