Do you recommend this place disgusting rooms do not recommend if you have a family. Manager is no good and snitches on you to authorities. When it's his own fault the apartment are disgusting so no need to blame the person who's paying for the room trying to cover himself for his own shortcomings

Friendly staff small but modern clean apartment. Unfortunately there was old noodles that had been cooked in kettle, burnt, only 2 knives and 2 forks, the little complementary milks were all off. Hoping these were one off mistakes as it really is a nice apartment. Both bathrooms very clean and modern. Great location.

Absolutely disgusting rooms.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. There was a HUGE urine stain on one of the mattresses, hair (and not from someone's head!) in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. Massive stains all over the carpets. The walls were dirty. Parking is a nightmare - limited spots, and very tight areas -- definitely not for those with larger cars (was tight with an older Mazda 6 sedan), or those unfamiliar with their car.
The basement car park absolutely stinks, as it is far too close to the bin area. The stairs between the basement car park and Ground car park have broken hand rails - dangerous for those with accessibility issues.
The staff were friendly, but the rest of the hotel is in urgent need of maintenance. The owner clearly doesn't spend any money on cleaning, and improving the facilities, etc.
Very disappointed, especially given it cost almost $200 per night. I will definitely NOT be back.

Staying at city edge was the worst experience ever. The hotel is not attractive at all. Prices are too high for what you get. Management charged us on every step. We arrived in the morning. The lady at the front desk said we had to wait till 2pm or we had to pay for early check in. I couldn't wait in the lounge with the kids so paid $30 for early check in. There is no room cleaning service. They don't vacuum the room, don't change your towels or bed sheets. Their check in and check out times are fixed. I checked out at 1pm and they charged me another $30 for late checkout. There is another Hotel "QUEST" just around the corner which is almost brand new. Price is same as City Edge, Great service and offers breakfast too. They have got room cleaning service.
I would suggest everyone not to ruin their holiday by staying at this hotel.

Bathroom, toilets, walls are absolutely dirty. Parking will be a nightmare if you do not plan properly as there are no allocated parking here. Front desk was alright but could learn thing or two about service. I can see ones up on a time this was a nice establishment but have been maintained poorly and have cut corners numerous times and some things are about to fall off. But hey, its a business and I bet they have recovered the construction and running costs by now. And the land value must have gone up significantly so I bet they are not worried about this been a running business in near future.
I came here after staying at a old cabin in a rural town, can say it was better than, but you know what the Price was acceptable for the location.
Rooms condition was terrible, as if someone had a fight in each and every surface dings and dangs all over.

First apartment we were given didnt have anything working in it, fridge was turned off, no aerial for tv and heater didnt work, and no bedside tables either. We were moved and second apartment was filthy, rubbish under bed, cutlery was random, no bowls, no glasses. Towel rack in bathroom falls out of the wall, kitchen draws dont shut properly, very shoddily put together. Balcony doors don't shut properly, bedroom curtain broken, bed is super soft, cheap mattress. Also no washing machine. Stay away from this place....

If I could I would give it 0 stars. A family of 4 and was given only 2 plates, 1 spoon and 1 fork. We got 2 cups aswell. The receptionist was boasting about how good the room is. We walk in and we see the carpet dirty barely vacuumed and stains all over. Holes in the walls and very dirty. The seats and sofa have who knows what kids boogers on them. The bathroom had no towel rack nor anywhere to put my clothes. The Walk-in closet is 1m by 1m and the carpet is loaded with dust. I guess a vacuum doesn't exist in this place. Came from Sydney for one of my best mates' wedding and I couldn't wear traditional clothing (Punjabi's) or a suit without the fear of getting all sorts of dirt on it. Parking spaces are tiny and the car elevator sounds like it would break any second. Should have been given compensation instead I got a sarcastic apology from the receptionist. Lodged a complaint with Fair Trading and now waiting for someone to do some inspections and shut down the place.

Staff are great. The place isn't. Beds are soft, sheets and blankets are nice, but no spare blankets. No spare toilet paper; two rolls for three women over four days.
We paid for a parking spot in advance, and they didn't warn us that it was a parking lot with an elevator lift. We only just fit into the elevator, and it added an extra 15 min every morning getting out. Would not recommend during rush hour.
