Great 90 minute massage. This was my first time having a professional massage and I felt amazing and relaxed afterwards. The therapist was really nice, friendly and made me feel welcome. The music inside is also very soothing to hear. It was also kind of her to give me a protein ball to eat after the massage is finished. Will definitely come back again.

EVERYONE should give a float a try.

Float was an absolutely wonderful experience, never felt anything quite like it!

Staff extremely friendly, and all you can drink tea/electrolyte water for after the session.

Me and my friend were left speechless by how unbelievable a feeling induced by the float was.

No light, request the no music option

Used the float room multiple times. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The float space is big, no need to worry about feeling claustrophobic. There are options for zero light, candle light or low light. You can have music or no music. The towels are soft, the earplugs are comfortable. The shower is warm and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. There is also a beauty bar with hair dryer, hair accessories and well as moisturiser as other things to be ready to face the world again. Finish off with relaxing tea or cool drink in the lounge area. A totally relaxing experience.

My whole experience at city cave was amazing. I had a infrared sauna, float, and 45 minute massage and I feel amazing!
I work full-time and I'm a single mum and I feel like every stressful moment from 2024 was just wiped away. I will be back again very soon and more regularly to keep on top of my busy life.

I had a really great experience here, the staff were all super lovely.
The warming tea in the waiting area was delicious, float pool was clean and Sarah my massage therapist had a beautiful touch. I feel refreshed and relaxed!
