My wife and I attended the Springwood City Cave for a couples sauna and the service was impeccable - friendly, helpful and kind. Exactly what you want when you’re about to relax. A great atmosphere also. Great work team. We will definitely be back in the new year. See you then.

I had my very first Well-being experience with City Cave, infra red Sauna, float and massage. From the moment I walked in staff were friendly and informative, I felt instantly relaxed and unrushed. I felt so invigorated and relaxed and still floating when My experience finished
My only criticism is that the Citycave nearest to where I live has closed down which mean't my journey to get there was 30min instead of 5min. Other than that, I only wish I'd experienced it sooner!
Thank you I will definitely re-book I the future. I Totally recommend this service, it also makes the ideal gift.
