Lynn was fantastic, amazing customer service and massage. Had a look at the float tank and am keen to come back and try after my next massage. If it's RnR you're after, then this is the place for you!

My first experience at City Cave and glad I chose here. Staff friendly and relaxed which adds to the experience. 2 hrs of me time in a relaxed space no rush just time for you. I loved both the infrared sauna and float tank. Just kicking myself for not doing it all sooner 😊 Oh I will return

I loved the staff, particularly Yolanda, she is soft, caring, genuine, professional and really kind. I loved the sauna - perfect temp. All the little touches like the dressing gowns, towels, bathmats, basket, tea and fresh water was perfect. the waiting rooms was just beautifully decorated. The flotation tank wonderful, ear plugs even and also the Epsom salts and beautiful products available. I will check online for pricing as I would like to buy some of these. They smelt like heaven. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I've been coming here fairly consistently for the past 2ish months due to a flare up of neck, shoulder, back pain. I've had massages with 4 of the therapists and honestly, I cannot fault any of them. Each one was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, the massages were incredibly effective at alleviating the pain, and I left feeling lighter every time. 10/10 would recommend.

I usually visit this City Cave, but I had never received a massage. I received a gift card for my birthday, and I went for my first massage here. OMG super recommended, I was with Lynn and I couldn't have had better luck. Excellent professional, very kind and careful of all the details. And I already booked for my next massage next month. Happy customer 🙂

Very relaxing massage with Lynn at City Cave Rocklea. Loved the ambiance here as I felt relaxed the minute i walked in! Friendly welcome and was shown around before my appointment started. Nice photography artwork there too. Clean modern massage room. The massage tables have a lovely squishy padding which is comfy on the face/forehead. The massage itself was helpful in alleviating tension and went for the full 45mins which I appreciated. A nice mix of remedial and relaxation techniques used. I liked that Lynn didn’t talk all the way through the massage and only spoke on the odd occasion to ask questions related to my muscles or health. She offered tips at the end of the massage on how to improve my overall wellbeing/muscle health going forward. A few suggestions for improvement would be to offer clients their choice in music played and also to use one or two warm/moist towels at end of the massage to help with wiping off any excess massage oil (not that I left super oily or anything). They also offer a seating area with tea/water but I didn’t try this post massage. They don’t have hicaps but I was able to manually claim this myself with their emailed receipt.

Fantastic.
This was my first time in a float "tank" and it was just great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the instructions provided clear and concise.
The float was just amazing. So much so that I fell asleep which was completely unexpected.
My wife booked this for me after playing multiple touch football games the day before. Whilst I wasn't miraculously fixed after the session I certainly felt much better than I did walking in.
I'll be back.
