My sister and I came in for a sauna and cave contrast (ice shower). Oh my WOW! I was not expecting to feel so invigorated afterwards! The whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish. On arrival, the most lovely float attendant Jessica greeted us with a huge welcoming smile & explained what to expect. This was our first time doing contrast therapy and Jessica answered all our questions! The tea was topped up and delicious, the sauna room was nice and clean. Loved having a back rest in the sauna for full relaxation & being able to play music on Bluetooth in the sauna! Loved jumping in to the ice cold shower after the sauna & really felt those endorphins! Thanks for a great experience! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently treated myself to the infrared sauna and float package at both City Cave Cleveland and Redland Bay, and it was exactly what I needed this winter. The experience was truly rejuvenating.

Starting with the infrared sauna, I loved how warm and inviting it was. The option to customize the color light therapy was a unique touch that made the session feel personalized. It wasn’t just about sweating it out—it felt therapeutic and tailored to what my body needed at that moment.

The float session was the perfect follow-up. Floating in the serene, salt-infused water allowed me to completely disconnect and relax. It was like hitting the reset button for my mind and body. I walked in feeling drained and stressed but left feeling completely refreshed and revitalized.

I had the most relaxing time at your centre with the infrared sauna and 1 hr massage with Blythe. My experience was 10/10 and felt very refreshed and spoilt afterwards. Blythe was very friendly, her massage was wonderful. Highly recommend, exceptional service all round, thank you 🙏

Always have the most amazing experience at City Cave Redland Bay! Such a wonderful team, that are super caring & helpful with each of your booked treatments! I always leave City Cave feeling calm, refreshed and ready for a brand new day! The centre is clean, fresh & very welcoming! I finally got to try the Halo Therapy (Salt Therapy) with my Infrared Sauna tonight - and all I can say is that I am converted! Will definitely be including this again next time! 10/10 as always!
