Located right in the heart of the cafe precinct, it is perfect for a relaxed few hours. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and premises are beautifully maintained. This is the original City Cave! Parking is competitive with only a few spaces located directly under the building and are very cramped, some require some pretty good parking skills to park successfully without obstructing other people. So, if possible, consider parking down the road a little, close to a cafe for "afters".

First visit was the infra-red sauna, which was fantastic. You definitely get a sweat happening. Good little sauna rooms, completely clean, private, with shower and dark, cosy decor. Comfy area to relax before and after your session. Staff are super friendly. Looked like plenty of on site parking. Great location, with handy local market and restaurants around the corner if you want to continue the indulgence ?

Attending any experience at City Cave Paddington is an absolute spoil!
The team are inviting and very professional, the facility is always immaculate, and the spot to relax with a pre or post session herbal tea is bliss.

My partner and I recently visited for two individual float sessions and were disappointed. The air temp in the float rooms was very cold which meant be both spent our entire time splashing ourselves to warm up. Was not relaxing in the slightest.

When we asked about it after the session Staff at the venue were dismissive and said they would tell their team to stop messing with the Aircon settings.

Venue was aesthetically pleasing and the herbal tea was great but the service didn’t live up to the standard. Would not recommend visiting this venue.

I’ve held a sauna membership since 2019. The team is wonderful, amenities always clean and well presented, and I feel so relaxed after every session. The massage is also fantastic. Try it!

This is my regular (and favourite) place to have infrared saunas in Brisbane. Beautiful healthy space to relax. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Facilities are always spotless. There’s never a rush to leave afterwards. Tasty teas and other body products are always available and complimentary. They also do floats and massage. 5 ⭐️

I had my first float and infrared sauna last week. The experience was outstanding. Mackenna even poured me a cup of tea, while Mia was very helpful in explaining the sauna to me. It is a very relaxing environment with a tremendous staff.
