The single most relaxing experience of my life.

First time experience with City Cave Nirth Lakes. From the moment I walked in, I knew it would be relaxing. After a short walk through, I was led into "my space" to get butt naked and those red lights having a party with every fibre i possessed. (I went for the deep Infra-red).
I'm booked in for weekly sessions.
Great staff, great location, great service.

I visited City Cave North Lakes on 14 February 2025 for a float. This was my first time floating in an open pool rather than a closed float tank, despite having done many floats before. The experience was incredible—completely pitch black with an extraordinary level of silence. The entire business had a highly professional appearance, complemented by a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

It my first time going to City Cave for a float. The staff are very welcoming, polite and friendly. The place itself is beautiful, I loved how relaxing and dim it was, it also smelt amazing.

Service was excellent and everyone was very nice and calm. My massage was the most relaxing massage I have had in a long time !!! Absolutely so professional and yet personalised to what I wanted and my problem areas. The sauna and float were amazing too. All the facilities are so clean and always present in a beautiful manner. Have and will be back again for some more ME time, thank you City Cave North Lakes !
