Stephanie is amazing. I skipped the massage last weekend, which had me struggling through the week until today.
Stephanie has exceptional skill & technique in providing relaxation/remedial massage to relieve tension and stress. Every time, I walk out feeling like jelly. I always end up having a nap as soon as I get home.

Clean and extremely calm atmosphere.
The weekly massages will keep me focused on my health and taking some time for self care.

All of the staff were lovely, upon entering I felt myself relaxing already with the calming ambience as soon as I walked in. Massage with Kris was so good! And the float was amazing, especially with the sensory experience with the lights out. Highly recommend!

Visited Mt Gravatt for my first float and it was an amazing experience. I also had a massage from Chris and it was best one I've got in awhile, almost fell asleep. Highly recommend Chris for the massage.
Erin was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely an asset to the team.

I’ve visited City Cave Mount Gravatt a few times now, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic! Most recently, I booked the full sauna, float, and massage package, and it was pure bliss. The staff are welcoming and professional, the environment is incredibly relaxing, and the facilities are top-notch. If you’re looking for the perfect way to unwind, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to visit again soon!

Absolutely amazing experience will become a regular visitor. I forgot how to get off the bed as my body became relaxed after months of tension built up. Recommend to anyone needing to loosen. Will be trying the float therapy in the future.

1 star is generous. Writing on behalf of my client who is blind. She went to City Cave Mt Gravatt for a massage as she has done plenty of times in the past. The therapist didn't speak more than a few words. He didn't point out where to put her clothes, or where the bed was with a towel to cover herself. Which led to him massaging my client fully clothed with a towel over the top. My client asked for the towel & for him to leave so she could prepare for the massage & he said nothing. Less than satisfactory experience, not the 5 star City Cave so proudly boast about. My client had a sore back so as well as that pain not being addressed she felt misunderstood & demoralised. Never before has she been massaged with clothes on.
What is possibly the worst part of this experience is my client completed a survey & made 3 calls to express her dissatisfaction & less than professional massage she experienced. The City Cave manager said the therapist is one of the best they have & thr manager refused to accept the massage that was booked is not what was supplied.
We have even taken this, now complaint, to the City Cave office with no response after 2 weeks.
There is no way I'd go or recommend City Cave for a massage, they seem to be out of touch with customer needs & communication is less than satisfactory & customer service is unprofessional & rude.

Greeted by lovely Danielle who explained everything, was a hidden oasis . My massage by Fiona was divine . My first infrared sauna with music 🎶 and detoxing benefits followed by massage and blissful floating in magnesium. I got the $180 package and highly recommend. Feeling gorgeous and relaxed .
