Very relaxing experience from start to finish. Their staff was very helpful, friendly and talked us through what to expect in the session, she answered all our questions. I had the infra-red sauna session and it was great. Facilities are very modern, nice and clean. Special herbal tea and water provided.

Went here for my first ever massage today, also had cupping done & already booked in to go back next week!
Everyone made me feel so welcome on entry, Andrew was great & made me feel so comfortable explaining everything throughout the massage, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was okay. Great conversation & no awkwardness.
As soon as I walked in the building I felt calm, happy, positive vibes, amazing scents flowing throughout, cutest little waiting area with cold water & a range of different teas available. Could not fault a thing with City Cave Minchinbury, impeccable customer service & stoked be heading back next week to experience it all over again. Keep it up guys!!

My float experiences are always amazing from start to finish, the staff are genuine and helpful, they are friendly and are always approachable. I initially did the 3 float trial to see if it would benefit me and I love it so much I have purchased a membership. I never want to get out when my time is up as I feel so relaxed and pain free!!!

I was very apprehensive about the experience but received great communication before my appointment. The staff were fantastic and very supportive, overall a fabulous experience. You have total control of temperature, lights and sounds and can leave at any point if it’s not your thing. Only regret is not taking the next day off work as I was too relaxed to engage in anything.

Visited City Cave Minchinbury today for the first time. Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Renay who was very professional and friendly. Her massage was amazing, and she got rid of a lot of knots. I highly recommend Renay for the ultimate massage for stress and muscle tightness. I'll definitely be booking again with her!
