At City Cave I discovered Infra Red Sauna and Float for the first time. Loved the sauna and found it deeply relaxing. My skill at using Float would need to improve. I was able to Float for thirty minutes. The facilities are clean and stylish. The relax zone has teas and filtered water. The atmosphere is ambient and low key. Check in includes an IPad intro tutorial. I would recommend doing skin prep in the days leading up to Float to reduce dry skin and any abrasions. I would come again.

Opening the door to city cave Mayfield, we were greeted by a calm relaxed environment. Once inside Zoe was extremely polite and friendly and took my wife and I into the waiting room. Mood lighting and a comfortable space made an amazing first impression.

As part of our couple's package, we headed to the infared sauna. Being able to connect our phones and play our own music made the experience favorable and relaxing. The time flew and although it was warm we felt great after a detox.

Following this we hit up the float therapy. WOW! Everything about the float therapy was amazing. Floating like we were on a cloud and being able to hear the gentle music through the water was so calming and peaceful. We were relaxed and couldn't believe how fast the time went. We both found ourselves nodding off a few times in deep relaxation.

Overall, it was an incredible experience. We'd recommend city cave to anyone, and we will be back for sure to relax and unwind again!!

City Cave Mayfield is an excellent place to go to relax and destress. The staff working at the centre were warm, welcoming, super accommodating and answered any and every question in relation to the experience. The atmosphere of this place is to note as it featured calm soothing music as well as dim lighting that allows one to relax and find inner peace. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone interested

City Cave Mayfield is exactly as advertised—clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and the prices are very affordable. I’ve started coming every two weeks because the health benefits, especially for recovery. I can’t recommend this place enough.

From start to finish it was an awesome experience. You step inside and you’d hardly know you’re in the Main Street of Mayfield! Staff were lovely, float pool was huge. Room was quiet and super dark and not rushed either. Highly recommend

Most pleasant experience I had. Worth paying for something your body will be grateful for. Infrared sauna is a must! You get to have your own clean and serene space for 45 minutes. Easy to navigate as long as you listen to the intro video they’ll let you watch in the beginning of the session. Staff has been so welcoming!
