I had an amazing massage and first float experience today at City Cave Kenmore. Staff are super friendly and the decor very relaxing and chilled.
The massage and float was a really good combination and very calming.
The float room is clean and sparkling and private. My first float was a very good experience.
A City Cave voucher is a fantastic gift idea. Treat yourself or a friend, highly recommend.

From start to finish City Cave Kenmore lifts you to another level. Staff are friendly, helpful and care about your journey.
Relaxation space offers herbal tea, water and comfy seats for before and after your session.
Float rooms are private, heated and offer towel, soaps and shower. The float tanks are inviting and spacious and you're in control of lighting if you're not ready for full sensory dark. The magnesium salts allow buoncy with complete relaxation. Ear plugs are recommended to keep the salts out of your ears while you float comfortably. Complimentary pair provided and only $5 to replace if you forget them next time!
After your session, use the complimentary creams, conditioners etc to leave feeling fully pampered.
Love this place and so will you.

They also offer infrared sauna and massage but I've not been privileged to enjoy those yet!

Great environment, the float was a very interesting experience. the water was a nice slightly warm temperature and the room was well set out. The massage was lovely, well conducted and very respectful. Thank you for the experience.

Hands down the best place! City Cave in Kenmore has such a beautiful vibe. The layout of this salon flows really well. I recently received a gift voucher from my husband for Christmas for a Float and omg! It was so relaxing! It let me unwind and just be present in the moment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a busy life style and doesn’t know when to stop with work/ kids/ family etc. This place provides you to have unwind Time. So don’t forget to take that time for yourself! ?

Liz was so welcoming and helpful, she made me feel at ease using the infrared sauna and float tank. The facility is tranquil and peaceful left feeling so refreshed. Im looking forward to coming back again soon.

After having multiple shoulder and neck injuries, massages and physio have been a HUGE part of my life. Finally, after years of searching for relief, have found Allen. He is seriously the bomb. If you are after someone who does deep tissue with very strong pressure where needed, he is your Man. (I am sure he does relaxation massages too) BUT give him a go seriously.
