My Float experience was very relaxing & the ambience of the centre is beautiful & tranqil. The float bath & room is clean & very calming with light music & blue lighting. Staff were wonderful. Will definately go back.

City Cave is always such a relaxing experience with a calming atmosphere. I booked in for the remedial massage which I highly recommend to anyone needing to relieve any built up tension/stress in their muscles. Lloyd was exceptional and I can already feel my muscles are a whole lot more relaxed.

Experienced the most amazing massage last weekend - I can’t remember the gentleman I had but his hands were like magic and he was so precessional and felt very comfortable. Definitely would come back here on a regular basis and will recommend him to anyone.

This place offers such a relaxing atmosphere! Staff are polite, rooms/showers are always clean and serviced, sitting room brimmed with detox/relax/defence teas (hot and cold) and lotions and potions upon exit. Just an overall chilled vibe amoungst a serene setting. Defs will be back!!

CityCave is open until late, which is perfect for busy professionals. It allows us time for those hard to find self-care moments after work/training/kids .. whatever you have going on!
