The staff are friendly and helpful, happy to answer any questions. The person that greeted us at the door was the one to explain and guide us into the sauna and float room. The after-care was wonderful, the chill out zone and beauty bar were welcome at the end. As someone who has lots of questions and overthinks things I felt very comfortable there.

I had an amazing experience at City Cave Hervey Bay! The place is incredibly clean, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxation. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive vibe.

My husband and I treated ourselves today to a sauna experience followed by a 60min float therapy. It was lovely & relaxing. A perfect day spent together. The ladies at city cave gave us a tour and explained the whole process. We were very impressed with the whole process and the atmosphere is clean & calming. If your looking for a gift for someone or need to take some time out for yourself or as a couple I highly recommend city cave. We next plan a couples massage with hot rocks... and I can't wait! Thank you City Cave hervey bay for a wonderful day.

I felt crammed, rushed and worried I was going to slip… a hardly relaxing experience. Being an experienced floater, I’ve seen many different set ups. This was my most disappointing float experience. The shop is fit out to prioritize profit over comfort. Barely any room in the shower/prep area, no extra towels to put your feet on so the entire floor is a slip hazard, washed my hair afterwards and wondered why I bothered- it was like the shampoo and conditioner were just water. Also the petroleum cream sachets are difficult to open with wet hands and held me up from getting to my float.
The timer was started the second I got in the room so because I had a shower to prep beforehand, I ended up only getting less than 55 minutes of float time instead of one hour. Struggling in the dark to find the light switch after the announcement that my float was over was not fun either. I wasn’t asked for my choice for music or no music. 10 minutes prep time before the float begins would be the kind thing to do.
One thing I can’t fault is the ear plugs, they are great quality and fit comfortably in my ears.

My partner and I did a couples float session for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. The customer service was friendly and attentive even though they were quite busy and had a lot going on. The amenities were clean and modern and had everything we needed. The float was lovely and I will definitely return for another one soon.

We arrived (eventually had trouble finding it) but were welcomed, shown to our float room and given the first timers briefing.
The room was clean and tidy as was the float pool.
We enjoyed an hour long couples float.
I would recommend Hervey Bay city cave.

I wasn’t sure what to expect however five mins into the session I was in heaven… So so relaxed, I can’t explain!!! I highly recommend the float therapy and for myself, I’ve never felt so refreshed after any service like I did today!! See you lovely ladies in a fortnight x
