Wow! From the moment your walk through the door you are greeted with staff kindness and knowledge. Head around to the beautiful relax room and set you ur chill vibration before heading into the sauna. The infrared sauna was superb. Great quality, hygienic and blue tooth access allows to pump through the sounds of choice - I like to pump through 900 hz frequency to raise my vibrations. Awesome experience. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience! The team at City Cave Idalia seem to have thought of everything. The lighting, the music, the temperature, the free products - everything was spot on. Having a sauna to yourself is wonderful. The float was amazing and my massage with Emma was heavenly. If I had to fault one thing, I would have liked the massage table to be slightly wider so I didn't feel like I had to hold my arms at my side. The massage itself was excellent though - perfect pressure!

Thanks to the team and I look forward to my next visit!

What an amazing place!! Beautifully setup, immaculately clean and lovely staff who really know their stuff. I had a massage with therapist Jodie and feel like a new person! The float therapy afterwards was soooo relaxing. Thank you, I'll most definitely be a regular client.

It's the 4th or 5th time I have visited City Cave in Idalia and just like all the others, I had the most wonderful time. I had a Sauna & massage today! That combo is the best. Service is great, price is great, the therapists are all incredible, and the whole atmosphere is just so luxe and relaxing!

I can't wait to be back. If you're on the fence, you need to give it a go.

Just here on holiday. What a local GEM! Unlike other float tanks, these are mini pools in a rather sizable room. No cramped of claustrophobic moments to be had here! Massage was wonderful. Left feeling completely renewed. Thanks so much!
