I went for a float session and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and informative and I didn’t feel rushed. The float pool was spacious and incredibly relaxing. There was an option to turn the lights off completely but this made the room pitch black and I thought slightly dangerous as you couldn’t even see the emergency button since it wasn’t illuminated. Would’ve also been nice to have a body lotion in the room for after showering rather than a communal one at the rest area. Overall though I loved it and would definitely return!

A 90 minute massage is now $180 following a 30% increase from what was already a "premium" price point. Unfortunately, it's now so uneconomical that I can no longer visit, which is unfortunate as their massage service was rather enjoyable.

Should they lower their prices to something more reasonable the score would certainly be adjusted.

Edit: One year later it's increased to $200 for 90 minutes, lol.
You guys send out marketing emails with a puny $10 discount. Take $80 off if you're actually trying to get people to come back.

Edit2: Reply response: You were more expensive compared to competitors during 2021, however I was prepared to make an exception because the massages were good. Since then, you've had multiple huge increases going way past the industry standard. I'm sure you've gone a few steps down the road to check out the competition.

We went there for a couple package. We arranged to get extra massage for partner.

It was agreed that we would just pay extra to still get the rest package. Instead, nothing was put on our booking.

It was a bit of confusion of the time of booking. I tired ringing when I got a text saying they were ready for us.

I couldn't speak to anyone. Then, staff didn't acknowledge that they got the message either.

I will try another location next time. So, partner can try the float experience.

I’ve seen Sangay for remedial massages for the past month and the improvement has been fantastic - within a few sessions the issue was so much better and I know I will come back for maintenance sessions. Sangay is an expert at finding those little issues before they become big dramas! Thank you Sangay!

I was lucky enough to go to VIP night and also just experienced my first use of club today ( sauna and float) very impressed with staff and complex. It is set out so well and very neat and tidy. This city cave will only get better as they find their feet and identity. Can't recommend using this facility enough
