I'm putting 5 stars because I have had a beautiful experience time and time again, and by beautiful, I mean I walk out knowing that my well-being was the priority.

I've been seeing Shane for quite a while now, and I've noticed a huge impact with the pain management of my neck/back. You don't go to Shane for relaxation, you go to him because you want to relieve the tension and pain. He is knowledgeable, witty, and always has the intention of what's best for the session and client.

I know exactly what to expect every time, the high standards I have of the session, and they are met every time.

A wonderful experience. I tried the "whole package" - sauna, float and massage. I was quite unsure about the sauna, and didn't know if I was 'doing it right'. I should have asked more questions but I didn't know what I didn't know! My massage therapist explained it to me in detail, so I will try again, with more confidence! The float tank was Heavenly! And the massage was very restorative and relaxing. This is the best gift voucher I have ever received and I will become a regular, for sure!

Absolute bliss. Floated out restored and calm. Felt like a divine day spa experience. Massage with Stacey who had magic hands, followed by an hour float. Best city cave I’ve been to! Kylie has created a unique vibe at coomera with more heart, soul and spiritual vibe which is what we need more of. Love the bubbles organic range. The team are beautiful and service was incredible. Highly recommend 🙌🏻🫶🏻

Such a lovely, relaxing set up! Everything has been thought of for a wonderful experience. Staff are amazing. Facilities are state of the art, clean and well kept I was super impressed! Only thing they could improve is the ability to Bluetooth your own music in the float room as you can in the sauna. I found the music in there enough to drive one mental after a while. I’ll just have them turn it off next time and use my phone, will definitely be back 😊

WOW!!! What an awesome way to relax your mind, body and spirit. I started with the sauna, massage and finished with a float and literally floated out of City Cave Coomera.
The staff were warm, welcoming and ever so friendly.
I highly recommend a visit to everyone for any of the services they offer but if you want to gift a perfect experience to someone you love the Complete Wellness Pack is the optimal way to feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
I will definitely be back for more.

Just did a sauna/ float package.
The float was amazing. Felt like an astronaut and I got to completely relax and got to check out from the stresses of my world.
If you get sea sick, I don’t recommend it. Even though you are not moving, your body feels like it is rotating in all directions. Yet I was perfectly still. No effort to stay afloat. Didn’t believe it until I did it. So glad I did and will be back for sure.
