Today I experienced the Wellness Package and it was amazing. I fell asleep in the infrared sauna, had all my aches taken away as I relaxed in the float therapy and then had the most amazing massage. Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon.

This place is impeccable in every manner! Super clean, modern and welcoming, reminds me of a 5 star spa on Hamilton island. The staff are great ?
I went for an infrared sauna, the room had space for two, private shower and Bluetooth connection for music.
I purchased some epsom salts which they use in their float tanks and they also sell a bunch of other great products.
Not lying can’t wait to go back and experience the rest of their services and products. You will not be disappointed

What a fabulous wellness experience from start to finish! Laura greeting me with a friendly, warm smile and was more-than-happy to answer all my questions before I booked. I settled on the Flauna package (infrared sauna & float therapy session) which was beyond DIVINE! Bring your favourite playlist and Bluetooth your tunes into the sauna while you lay back and totally relax. If you’re stressed, tired, anxious; or you need some ‘me’ time, do yourself a favour and book in. You won’t regret it and the benefits are instant. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous afternoon at City Cave Coffs Harbour redeeming a birthday gift voucher today. The sauna and float were fabulous and my massage with Vera just right to seal the deal on completely relaxing me. Highly recommended!

What a place!! Easily a 5 star! The customer service is fantastic, bookings are easy to make, they're always on time, spaces are immaculately clean and the atmosphere in all parts of the facility are relaxing and rejuvenating. I love coming here every week for my sauna and special shout out to Janica who did my massage - she decreased my debilitating back pain immensely in one 45min session with her knowledge of the body and massage skills.

Sparkling customer service and a very welcoming vibe. Sauna was excellent, plenty of spare towels and shower products. The chill zone post session with digestive tea is a very zen space to collect your thoughts before launching into reality again.

My partner and I had the couples wellness package which included infrared sauna, float therapy and massage. All the staff we interacted with were lovely and the facilities very clean and beautiful. Such a relaxing experience. We'll definitely do it again
