First time visit and will not be the last. I booked the Floatage treatment $169. This was a 45-minute massage (I chose remedial due to back injury) & 1hr float.
The ladies at reception both at times of enquiring and at booking both very friendly and informative and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Kersti was my masseuse and she really knows her stuff, she checked in with me on pressure and her hands were just magical such a great massage that relieved my concrete shoulders and bit that I have already booked in for another massage.
Next was the float room, all explained clearly how it all works, the room is lovely as are all products supplied. After showering in the rain shower, I laid down to relax in the dark (optional) for an hour, I did enjoy this. However, being my first time, it took half the time first me to relax deeply, which I did a couple of times. Only thing I would note (probably because float was after massage) I like the cold & hate heat but would have preferred the float room to be a little warmer as half your body is warm under the water but tge other half is not, I had a hot shower afterwards (unusual for me) and must admit felt and still feel great. Well, it's worth a visit if you're wishing to start the New Year looking after yourself.

My partner and I did a float over the weekend and had an awesome experience. I wasn't sure how she would go being 26 weeks pregnant but the water temperature was very comfortable and we both managed to do some meditation and recovery. I had the best sleep I've had in a long time that night. The team were super helpful and friendly and really put us at ease with the process. The facilities were very clean and tidy, highly recomend!

I had a really amazing time here. Got a voucher from my wife and was a bit nervous about it, but man, it was amazing. I did the sauna, float and massage, and walked away feeling so much lighter. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. If you’re thinking about it, but you’re not sure, I would really recommend it.

My experience at City Cave was excellent.The Infrared sauna was hot but different as it was my first experience.
The Float was awesome,I was a little anxious but my practitioner reassured me I'd be fine & I was.
And lastly my massage,well that was so relaxing & I loved the head massage as I've never had one before.
I would recommend this experience to anyone & everybody.

All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming making it an extremely relaxing atmosphere, my massage was amazing, the masuse really knows the anatomy of the back, helping me pin point the areas I need to discuss with my physio which I previously couldn't really explain. All in all amazing and will definitely be going back soon.
