I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful service throughout my stay, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the harbour was absolutely stunning, a perfect way to start and end each day. The location was also great for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing and scenic stay.

Originally planned to upgrade the room, but because it was a room booked on a third-party website, the hotel front desk said that it could not be upgraded, but Andrew not only helped me upgrade the room, but also was very kind! Next time you come to Sydney, you must come to this hotel again. The hotel's sanitary service attitude is excellent!

Very well located hotel near restaurants, trains and supermarkets in a safe area. Large and comfortable room (top floor) but a bit dark. Shower has low water pressure. Front desk mates and restaurant ladies are great and super helpful. But restaurant is overpriced. Cannot say the same about house keeping which seems to skip some days. A management problem not a workers’. Hotel has a launderette, gym and a space for meetings that are cool. However, the main reason for my 4 stars review is the WiFi which is absolutely garbage in the 23rd floor. I need to tether my notebook with my 5G to make phone or video calls. It is unacceptable.

Our stay was amazing. The location is A1 being so close to the Metro. Made access to the city and surrounds so easy. So many cafes and food spots within walking distance! Our room was very tidy and modern. Few appliances but what we did have was great quality. The View is interrupted but still caught a glimpse of the water from the 17th floor and plenty of natural light. All in all the least impressive part of our stay was the included breakfast at Bar Lattera. We found the breakfast menu to be limited and were not impressed by the food. It helped that it was free! All in all a great experience, would book again and definitely recommend for a short stint in North Sydney!

I booked this hotel online, just from the pictures and review. I got to the hotel and was surprised to see all the marks on the hotel doors,, the elevator was not clean, the hallway leading up to the rooms were dark and dreary. I got into the room to find the same theme, dusty and inviting! It gave me anxiety just being in the room! Black walls distant help. I couldn’t stay in the room and checked out immediately. I asked for a refund and the receptionist wasn’t willing to assist, even though I mentioned the state if the dusty room and hotel! He seemed surprised! I definitely would not recommend this hotel! It’s definitely not worth the money! I’ll never stay there again and I would not recommend you stay there either! Not helpful and very dusty and unkept hotel!

Classy, modern hotel +++, pleasant staff, wonderful stay , superb location. Highly recommend. |We had a great 3 night stay last week in this beautifully, designed hotel.  We stayed in a studio room on the 22nd floor with floor to ceiling windows and the view was amazing. Oh wow, the room so well designed with modern features,  everything classy, fantastic air-conditioning, speedy internet connection, awesome shower, comfortable bed, super clean, couldn't ask for anything more. Their restaurant Letarra Bar, wonderful ambience,  food delicious,  service ++ |Excellent location 5 minute walk to the North Sydney train station, walking distance to bus stops, there is a pub next door, serving delicious food too with good service. There is a Coles opposite the hotel by the corner, chemist warehouse, eateries and more pubs. You will never go hungry. |Thank you to staff of Citadines for our lovely, memorable stay. If we come to Sydney we will definitely stay here.

Every time I come to Sydney I stay here.

The staff are always so professional and respectful.

The location is very central, only two short stops on the other side of the bridge.

I stayed in a studio room and it was nice and spacious.

There is a Coles and an Aldi within 2 minutes walk.

Surprisingly, for a business area, there are a number of places near the hotel to have dinner.

I highly recommend this place.

Forgot to take some photos but want to say I always love my stay here and really appreciate the staffs’ service. The gentlemen who has a British accent(perhaps?) helped me to check in and extend my stay, just wanna mention he was super nice. I had my first stay at this hotel last year when I went back to Sydney for my uni graduation and since then every time I back to Sydney here becomes my first and almost only choice. The room are always clean and comfortable, the service is perfect, chill vibe.…..staying in this hotel were always one of the best memories in Sydney(I’m not bribed to say so haha)
