With a heavy heart I had to give this bakery 2 stars. I ordered a chicken and leek pie and a sausage roll and to my dismay, I found my pie very ordinary. My sausage roll was quite nice and the other items within the shop looked good too but the star of the show and one of the most important things at a bakery (might I say) being the pie, was bland and lacking a strong chicken and leek flavour. This pie goes under their, specialty or gourmet range, so naturally came with a high price tag which unfortunately did not correlate with flavour. I think if I ordered standard beef I would have enjoyed more.

Little bakery doing really good pies.
The chunky pepper had heaps of meat, good size chunks. Nice flavour. Very rustic pies.

Pies are good but expensive, cakes are very pedestrian and expensive, yet the customer service is breathtakingly poor, been many times for the pies which are great but last time was the last time, my daughter and I stood there waiting to be served whilst they discussed what coffee they’ll have and then proceeded to make coffee for a lengthy amount of time while we stood there, they finally have eftpos but the surcharge is absurd, the old crones who work there smoke out the front, so rank!

Beautiful bakery, in an ideal location. I was looking for a no-meat option, and the Cauliflower pie was a big win, amazing flavour, and a definite must try. The teens and husband loved the curry pie and sausage rolls 😋, and all are very generously sized.

I asked for an Apple Pie ($16 plus a $4 surcharge for daring to use my card) and when I got home it turned out to be a meat pie that they had sold me. I phoned the bakery to tell them, and I was told to bring the pie in so they could see the evidence. Being sold the wrong product, and being told I am lying about it! Disgraceful.
