the food is amazing but it’s hard to remember that when it takes ten business days to be made, for a cafe for a cinema i think it should be known to be quicker, if you’re going to order food for a movie don’t bother because you will miss your movie, cafe seriously needs more staff or useful staffs bc i swear i just see them wondering around instead of getting orders out.

SHUT AT 9PM! And couldn't bring in outside hot foods either, I would totally understand this rule IF THE KITCHEN WAS OPEN!!!!!!!!!!

Would normally rate higher but tonight's experiencehas really ruined it for us. Kitchen shut really early. Got there to go see eternals at the 735 session, went to Cafe to be told only fries available. Went and found a seat and decided to get fries so went back out not even 5 minutes later only to be told it's shut. Really not happy. We come here for the good service we normally receive which we really didn't today. And highly likely we won't for a while if this is the service we will receive.

3/01/2021 movie 1225pm. In line to order food at 1215pm spend around 70$ worth for fry chicken, chips and 5 piece of nuggets shared between 2 adults 3 children's. Finally made it to the counter and placed order 1227pm.
Was told it will be 25 mins delay due to orders prior however was given a remote notification devices once order is ready can be collected as we are in theatre.
110pm no food and back at counter. After waiting 5 mins was told they will bring it out as it will only be 5 mins so I decided to wait. 10 mins later, yes got my order and back to the movie.
Result, chicken tasted burnt and dry. The chips were very very salty and cold. My kids had to eat some of the chips but for me and my wife, we had to return chicken and chips.
I understand the frustration they (cafe staff) were facing but the duty manager of the complex should have stepped in and assist. Thankfully I got most of my refund back but to be fair and honest, the worst food and knowing its the weekend they should have got more staff in as the counter staff were the one cooking too yet some people were waiting to get served. Btw I wasn't the only grumpy customer there, there were also 3 others got their refunds.

The food served here is freshly cooked but they need to be consistent with what is served. We ordered the same thing on a Friday then again the following Tuesday. On the Friday we received two pieces of fish fillets, a good amount of chips & a regular size water but on the following Tuesday we received 3 pieces of nugget size fish portions, about 10 chips & a mini bottle of water. We haven't bought from there since even though we go to the movies at least once a week.....shame really! They also don't stock Chai so I can't even get a cuppa. Quite dissapointing to say the least.

We got the Mega Sandwich (chicken, bacon and salad sandwich w/ Turkish bread, chips on the side), and it was awesome. A big meal for a good price too.

Well definitely eat there again after the movies!
