Would rate more stars if I could! Needed a place to stay near Lake Macquarie/Newcastle and came upon this option. Great flat on the second half of a lot. Spa bath, fridge, kettle, microwave, fully stocked kitchenette with breakfast/snacks and plenty of lovely touches! Near local shops and restaurants.
Owners communicative via booking platform, would recommend!

A Beautiful little room with a cozy feel, Kate & her mum are very friendly. We watched Netflix & YouTube, air-conditioner was Great & the spa was so relaxing, we ordered the big breakfast which was delivered on time & to our liking. I am recommending this place 5 stars all the way. Great job girls.

My partner and I were on a bike trip and stumbled across this great little place. Very comfy bed and spa was a bonus after being on the bike for 12 days. Highly recommend ?

The environment and the room was surprisingly good and clean, the continental breakfast was better than our expectation, the spa was fabulous. We finished our outstation worked last night then booked in the room for a rest; we really slept well after enjoyed our ever first spa as we were been tired for several days. Will definitely recommended.

My wife and I were apprehensive about what we had booked. On arrival we found what we thought was a small yet spotlessly clean room. We were concerned that the spa would be small.
We couldn't have been further wrong.
Up there with the best spas anywhere.
The owner arrived right on time with the deli platter that we ordered before we arrived. Spectacularly good food.
After wines in the spa we crashed in the very comfortable bed. We also pre ordered the breakfast from the package offered.
It arrived with a great coffee.
If we thought things couldn't get better we were wrong again. Breakfast was amazingly good and the owner was just so friendly. Overall it was a fantastic get away. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone who wants a quiet get away. Just the cleanliness alone was a credit to the owners. If some how she gets to read this, thankyou so much. We loved it.

Thank you for making valentines day so amazing and for arranging all the beautiful decorations and flowers. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

This place is POOR and
TINY! It has a nice spa, once you trek far into their old yard, past the shed and the spare parts, you find this shoebox granny flat that's as big as my cupboard under the stairs. There is a nice spa. NOTHING else is worth talking about. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Pretty ordinary place. She calls it a 1 bedroom bungalow but that's a joke. Its a studio granny flat with no separate bedroom. Yes there is a nice spa!! But the entry smells like dog poop... And your ' complimentary breakfast' will be supermarket fruit cups and wet bread... And the wifi connection is terrible... And you walk down a dirt path past a small junkyard area to get there. Overall it is a below average experience. Cavear emptor!
