My partner and I visited Chuan Spa - we were very fortunate that they were able to fit us in same day without a booking. I strongly recommend booking ahead of time!!

Right from first greeting all the way through to the end of the experience it was exemplary service.

They provide you ample time after your treatment to relax as well, none of the process feels rushed even if you are only attending for a 30 minute treatment.

They have a fantastic menu and brilliant staff - we couldn’t recommend it more

There was a mix up with my booking upon arrival, the ladies at the front desk dealt with this in the most professional manner possible, Natalie and Emma both provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to accomodate a booking for me the same morning, provided extra benefits of organising morning tea for both me and my partner (who did not have a treatment booked in). Their level of service was absolutely top quality and did not affect my experience here today, in fact made it all the more relaxing and made me feel of upmost importance. I’m extremely impressed, I don’t think I’ve had anyone in recent years be as accomodating as both of these lovely ladies.

My treatment with Charlie was exceptional as well, the pressure she applied to me was just perfect for what my body needed today. Her level of customer service was outstanding, informative and overall the most pleasant massage I’ve had in a long time. Overall, I have had a wonderful and relaxing experience today. Thank you so much ladies.

I booked a remedial massage for my birthday. The therapist was an absolute star. She was that good, I thought to myself she's over qualified. The staff were all super lovely. Worth every dollar. Cannot wait to book again. 5 stars! Just an update, my therapists name is Sandra. Try book in with her! And the lady at the front counter Natalie was one of the nicest office ladies I've encountered. Thank you for making my stay extra amazing

I found my sleep harmony massage so incredibly calming, relaxing and grounding. Charlie was beautiful, gentle and kind. The music, aromas, oils used and room really completed it all. Couldn’t fault at all. Perfect. 100% recommend to anyone needing some self care time and something to ground them.
