Beware the dust bunnies. Visited today for a child's birthday party, and deeply concerned about the facility's state, particularly:

- Heavy dust/dirt buildup on play equipment and sliding surfaces
- Broken equipment (fan chutes in ball pit, digital play screens)
- Deteriorating safety padding throughout

I've submitted a formal complaint to management, but seeing previous reviews from 2021 highlighting identical cleanliness issues (with management acknowledging them then), this appears to be a long-standing problem rather than a temporary lapse. Three years is more than enough time to solve 'tricky to reach' cleaning issues, especially in areas children regularly touch and crawl on.

While staff were friendly and the basic concept is good, I can't recommend a play facility where basic cleanliness and maintenance have been neglected for years. Parents considering visiting should be aware of these conditions, especially for younger children who touch and crawl on these surfaces.

A good place to take your kids for birthday parties. The party room though could use a touch up. Cleaning wise & wall paper repair. Part from that. All round good place

We were invited to a birthday party on Sunday, and it was a great experience! The kids had so much fun playing, and the place was clean and cool. The party menu was nice, and the pizza was delicious.

After the party, the kids said they want to have their next birthday at Chipmunks!

I used to come here a lot but It’s been a while since I was last here but it’s definitely gone done hill since my last visit and the cost had gone up.
There was dust everywhere, places that can be access with a tall ladder, like outside nets and the big shark mouth as well as lots of other areas.
The lights on the 0-4 play area slide not on/working.
Probably won’t return I’d rather spend the money on other centres that cost less and are cleaner.

This place has been operating for a very long time. Each yea it has become more popular . Unfortunately, its popularity has now outgrown the venue size. This is most noticeable during the weekends when the venue is at 100% capacity. Compounding on this, the venue is right next door to a very popular gym, which means car parking can be a real challenge whilst visiting the venue. More often than not, you will need to park and do a 3 to 5 minute walk to get to the venue, especially on weekends.
Inside, the facilities are plentiful, clean and a great hit with the kids. Food and entry prices are very reasonable.
So if you've got kids under 12 yrs old & want to celebrate in an adventure Playland, this place is worth a try.

We went yesterday the 3rd Feb 2025, and because our son is under 1 he was free and so were we. Staff were friendly excellent service. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. We spent nearly 2 hours there and not noticed anything wrong no rubbish, no dust, theres not a single negative thing I can say about this place when we visited. Everything was tidy and clean and very well set out for all different ages of children aswel as having specific areas for different ages is very well thought out. Plenty of tables and high chairs and bathrooms too. We will definitely visit again an absolute amazing place and don’t forget to pack yourself and your kiddo/kiddos some socks for play as it’s in the rules. ☺️

Dust everywhere on the surfaces and on the hanging decorations, especially the area that kids can’t access to. Management team should really do something about it. I would definitely not recommend this place for kids.

One of my favourite play centres that I can trust is always clean. Not only does my son get to have fun but his mama does too! Not to mention the food is delicious + staff are very friendly & actually observe play areas from time to time to ensure safety measures are met. Have enjoyed every visit so far & will be back for more 🙂
